1. What GetReferral is

GetReferral is a desktop app for Windows 10 or 11. It finds jobs that match what you are looking for, finds people at those companies, and contacts them for you on LinkedIn and by email to ask for a referral, using your own accounts. Using it means you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• An account is for one person: you. Do not share it or use it for someone else's job search.
• Give a real email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Free trial and plans

• Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with every feature. No payment details are needed for it.
• After the trial, you can buy a plan: 1 month for ₹299, 3 months for ₹799, 6 months for ₹1,499.
• Plans are paid once, up front, and do not renew by themselves. When a plan ends, the app stops contacting people until you buy another; your data stays on your laptop.
• Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.
• We may change prices for future purchases. A plan you already bought keeps its price.

4. Your accounts on other sites

GetReferral works through your own LinkedIn, Gmail and job site accounts. Those sites have their own rules, and some limit automated activity. You choose to use GetReferral with your accounts, and you are responsible for following their terms. The app works at a careful pace, within daily limits, and stops to ask you when a site wants a check, but we cannot promise how another site will treat your account.

GetReferral is not part of, or endorsed by, LinkedIn, Google, Naukri or any job site.

5. Use it fairly

You agree not to use GetReferral to:

• Send messages that are false, misleading, abusive or unrelated to your genuine job search
• Pretend to be someone else
• Copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app, or try to get around the trial or plans
• Break any law, including laws on spam and personal data

Remember that the messages it sends go out in your name. Please check your templates.

6. Your data

Your job search data is yours and stays on your laptop. Keeping a copy of it is up to you; the app lets you download one from Your data. See the Privacy Policy for what our server keeps.

7. Updates and availability

We improve the app often and may change or remove features. We work to keep our server running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance.

8. No guarantees

GetReferral helps you reach people who can refer you. We cannot promise that anyone will reply, refer you, or that you will get a job. The app is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those the law requires.

9. Limit of our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost opportunities or problems with your accounts on other sites. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; where it is fair to, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app or by email before they apply.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. Please write to us first at support@getreferral.in; most things can be sorted out quickly.
